What to do on a rainy Wednesday

So much for the picnic...cancelled. So today I get to break out the spoons and do some cooking. I need to try more of the chocolate so when I open my mouth to speak I will know of what I speak. Of course I already know that Dove Chocolate is to die for, but it also should have the power to beat the blues. They say it is almost as good as having "whoopie"...if you get my drift. So this will be a good day for experimenting. Some guy on TV wants me to buy expensive salt...WHY! I love savory dishes but I am not sure how to use chocolate in these type of dishes, any suggestions???? Maybe expensive salt makes everything better?
